‘Leap to Glory’, is the brain child of media veteran Jaideep Banerjee and his team. In the 30 years that he has has been with media, Jaideep has had the extraordinary capability of turning around mediocre teams into highly successful ones. This has been solely due to his consistent focus on building Trust & Confidence within the team, thereby creating a ‘Happy Workplace’.
